What is a Harvest Pack?
A meal-packing event that comes to you. We provide assembly line materials, meal ingredients, and an event leader. Your team brings the energy, and together you pack thousands of healthy meals for your community. Events can be as short as one hour or run across multiple shifts, so you choose what fits your schedule.

We begin planning 2-18 months in advance!

Event guidelines
We're happy to help you plan, every step of the way. As you start, think through three things: where you'll hold your event (a large conference room, school gym, or fellowship hall), how many volunteers you'll recruit, and what date works best for your group.
- You supply a safe, clean packing space sized for your volunteers
- A few coins per meal covers all ingredients, supplies, shipping, and overhead
- Finding a date is easy: any day of the week and time of year works great for us
- Schedule at least six weeks in advance
