When employees give back, everybody wins. Our Harvest Packs boost morale, strengthen teamwork, and give your teammates a sense of purpose beyond their to-do lists. Companies that encourage volunteering see happier employees and higher retention rates.

It’s not just about good vibes—volunteering builds skills, fosters leadership, and makes businesses look great to customers and future talent. Employees love working for companies that care, and clients love supporting brands that give back. Plus, engaged teams are more productive and innovative—turns out doing good is good for business!

Stil wondering if a Harvest Pack is the right volunteering event for your business? Take a look at a few testimonials  from our business partners!

Our community has had the best experience with Harvest Pack. It has become an annual tradition, and we make it into a friendly competition. It is a great day that feels good because we are giving back. We would highly recommend Harvest Pack for a corporate event.

I coordinated the event on behalf of Douglas Machine employees, and we had a great time! Heather was our Harvest Pack leader and she did a wonderful job of organizing, educating, and encouraging our volunteers. This is a very worthwhile event for a great cause, and fun for all ages! It's so powerful that we can make an impact on a local, national, and international level within just a few hours.

I had the opportunity to participate in a meal packing event last year. It was an amazing experience. The Harvest Pack team brought the company employees and community volunteers together like a well-oiled machine in just a few short hours. We put together 22,500 nutritious meals that were distributed in the Twin Cities metro area.
